I have 2 conditions -- thyroiditis and essential tremor -- that western medicine has no cause or cure for, only treats with drugs. My intuition says environment (food, pesticide, pollution, etc) may have something to do with it. I've been slowly changing our family's diet, but it's hard to cut out the animal protein entirely! Too many vegetarian options are processed foods. The first step we took was to start eliminating Meat as the star of the meal. Well, we still have the occassional steak, but now it's veggies with our meat. Great post.

This is a vital inquiry, because it is a good known fact that the most capable way to lower cholesterol is straightforward diet. Certainly one factor of a diet for lowering cholesterol will take on exists low in fat. Merely this is simply part of the report. It is master to clear that it is the saturated fats that you want to eliminate it from the foods you feed.

A more optimal diet will be a low fat raw food diet consisting of
primarily fruits (sweet and non-sweet) , green leafy vegetables and small
amounts of seeds and nuts. No soy, no refined carbohydrates, no processed or cooked foods. Might sound silly, but it does work!
