I'm pretty sure Harmony is Sherwin Williams' no VOC paint. The SW store in my area recommended Duration, their low-VOC paint, over Harmony so that is what we used in six rooms in our house. But it takes about 10 days (in my opinion) for the odor to completely dissipate, which is why I wanted to try a no-VOC paint.

As for the finish with Natura, I was pleased with it. What do you not like about the Harmony finish? I am no paint pro so I can't tell you much, but the walls looks completely smooth and everything looks "normal" to me. :)

I'm glad to hear this. How was the finish after painting? I've noticed that Harmony (Sherwin Williams low-voc version) is fine but not great.
