A friend just informed me of this article which discusses two studies that found mercury in high fructose corn syrup. I haven’t looked into the issue futher, but thought I would share the link. I wonder what kind of ads the Corn Refiners Association will have to run to combat studies like these…

I haven’t read much yet, but the Corn Refiners Assoc. said that the studies are outdated and not accurate.
