Sweat update

Ahh, what a subject title.

It’s been about a week since I started seriously restricting my antiperspirant use.  I’ve used it maybe once or twice.  Instead, I’m using a natural deodorant made with baking soda.  So far, it hasn’t been as bad as I expected.  I’m definitely perspiring but as far as I can tell, I don’t stink.  And I’m pretty sensitive to bad smells.

The one exception is when I work-out.  I just am not sure the natural deoderant is strong enough for a serious gym session.  After working out, I definitely felt like I needed to shower as soon as I got home.  I’m struggling with whether or not to use antiperspirant only for the gym.  I don’t want to feel like I’m not pushing myself on the stairclimber for fear of sweating excessively.

    I have not had good luck with natural deodorants, however I plan to make this one when I get the chance.
