Weight update

My baby turned 5 months old yesterday and this past week I finally hit my pre-pregnancy weight thanks to some of my efforts I previously mentioned.  I also wanted to add one other great weight loss suggestion–not eating late at night.  I’ve always been a nighttime snacker.  I love going to bed on a full tummy.  But not eating after a certain hour, or not eating within 2-3 hours of bedtime, has been a great way for me to loose a little weight without hardly trying.
